Overview
Only damaged goods in transit will be refunded. In no other case shall refund will be considered.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged while on transit or while received. We suggest making an unpacking video if you plan to use refund policy.
Refunds
Once your request for refund is received and inspected, if eligible for refund, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
In case of defective items we offer an exchange policy. You can chose any other item of same value from the catalog on our website. To return your damaged item, you can mail your product to: Pratiksha Bhavan, 59/11 Garfa Main Road, Kolkata 75..
You can exchange the item within 1 – 7 days of receiving. Beyond that no exchange is permitted.
(If you receive damaged product than after receiving the damaged product at our end the new exchanged product will be delivered within 1 – 7 business days.)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
